OUR HISTORY

For three decades, Grand Master Jhoon Rhee was famous for having developed not only champion fighters but also quality students. His curriculum could take an uncoordinated child and make him proficient in martial arts. The reason he developed so many champions was because he had a systemized curriculum along with great teaching methods. Because Grand Master Jhoon Rhee had a degree in mechanical engineering, he improved the execution of the side kick which was the signature move of the Jhoon Rhee students.

 

At Heimberger's Martial Arts, Master's Bill & Alan Heimberger trained under the late Grand Master Jhoon Rhee which is considered the Grandfather of Taekwondo.
